Advocates and corrections officials push for reauthorization of the Second Chance Act.

In June 2017, Representative James Sensenbrenner, Jr. (R-WI) introduced a bill in the U.S. House to reauthorize the Second Chance Act.Second Chance Reauthorization Act, H.R.2899, 115th Cong. (2017).
