Conservative think tank slams bail as “inefficient, expensive and unfair.”

In December 2017, the nonprofit Ohio-based Buckeye Institute, which describes itself as advocating for “free-market public policy” solutions, issued a report calling for bail reform in the state.The Buckeye Institute, “About Us,”; and Daniel J.
